- Head south on I-5
- Take exit 302B to merge onto I-405 S toward St Helens/Beaverton/US-30 W
- Take exit 2A for Couch St toward Burnside St
- Turn right onto NW Burnside St
- Proceed on NW Burnside until you reach NW 23rd Avenue, turn right on NW 23rd Avenue
- Stay on NW 23rd Avenue for approximately three blocks, turn left on Flanders
- The clinic is approximately half way up the block on the left
From the South:
Salem/Lake Oswego/Tualatin
- Head North on I-5
- Take exit 299B on the left to merge onto I-405 N toward Beaverton/US-26 W/City Center
- Take exit 2B toward Everett St
- Merge onto NW 14th Ave
- Turn left at NW Glisan St
- Proceed on NW Glisan St until you reach NW 23rd Avenue
- Turn left at NW 23rd Ave, proceed one block and turn right at NW Flanders St
- The clinic is approximately half way up the block on the left
From the West:
Beaverton/Hillsboro
- Head east on Hwy 26
- Take the exit on the left onto I-405 N toward St Helens/Seattle
- Take exit 2B toward Everett St
- Merge onto NW 14th Ave
- Turn left at NW Glisan St
- Proceed on NW Glisan St until you reach NW 23rd Avenue
- Turn left at NW 23rd Ave, proceed one block and turn right at NW Flanders St
